Yes , it's a great pick! The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni is a powerful and super readable leadership fable that outlines what can go wrong in teams and how to fix it.

Tharashasank, Well done. I certainly see myself as a Red/Green type. The four colors make it simple. I challenge that focus areas can change over time, project, or maybe even team dynamics.
